Dorothy Burns, RN, MSN, MBA, CCM
Director, Florida Operations
Dorothy's diverse background and more than 35 years experience in healthcare and hospital management significantly influence her clinical and operational leadership of SeniorBridge's branches in the coastal communities of central Florida. Prior to joining the SeniorBridge family she served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne where she led strategic planning and monitored safety and quality control for surgical, trauma and patient care services. Before her promotion to Vice President, Dorothy was the Director of Patient Care Services and was instrumental in the development of the hospital's Heart Center. She went on to lead an award winning team designing stroke care and organ donation programs. Specializing in critical care, Dorothy's nursing career includes serving as a Nurse Manager in the Intensive Care Unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania and more than 12 years as a rehabilitative, home care and long term care nurse. She is an adjunct nursing faculty member at Brevard Community College in Palm Bay and at University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dorothy holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialty from Widener University in Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from University of Central Florida. She is licensed by the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
Susan Fleischer, LCSW, MSSW, ACSW, CMC, CSW-G, CSWM, CMFSW
Executive Director Care Management Network
Susan is a highly experienced and dedicated geriatric care management executive who oversees SeniorBridge's national care management network. In addition to her role at SeniorBridge, Susan serves as the president of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM). Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rona Bartelstone Associates, Inc., a comprehensive eldercare agency that recently merged with SeniorBridge for 11 years. Susan was responsible for the internal operation and business development of its Care Management and Home Health Divisions. Among other previous roles, Susan served as Department Director of Geriatric Services at Jewish Family and Childrens' Service of West Palm Beach; Director of a federal home health-aide program; and Social Service Director of Four Courts Nursing Home. She has given numerous presentations at national and regional conferences on issues of aging and eldercare. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for NAPGCM, and is the Chair of the Chapter Presidents Committee. She was the past President of the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association. Susan holds a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Kent School of Social Work, University of Louisville, Kentucky, and a BS in Sociology with Social Work Certification from the university. Susan is also Certified as a Master Forensic Social Worker (CMFSW) by the American College of Forensic Examiners' Institute. She received the Adele Elkind Award of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers in 2006.
Andrew Palacios
Executive Director
Andrew has more than 6 years of experience in the healthcare field with particular expertise in new business development and budget management. His strong skill-set has also allowed Andrew to develop long-term relationships and provide strategic marketing throughout the state of Florida. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Andrew served multiple positions in various cities at Maxim Healthcare Services, a healthcare service provider specializing in home health and facility staffing. Most recently Andrew served as Administrator and Account Manager where he managed operations and was responsible for building relationships and communicating with referral sources and healthcare professionals to promote business expansion. Other positions include Accounts Manager where he directed all aspects of marketing and sales activity, was responsible for hiring and training internal teams and developed rebranding campaigns. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Jim Shriner
Regional Director of Professional Relations
Jim brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field with particular expertise in sales and business development, new product launches, joint ventures and startups. He started his career in healthcare at Beecham/Smith Kline Beecham, where he worked for 21 years, making his way up from sales representative to senior district sales manager. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Jim served as Vice President of Business Development at Strategica, Inc., where he successfully negotiated lucrative joint venture ancillary service contracts with hospitals and large multi-specialty practice groups. Other career highlights include introducing telehealth patient tracking initiatives and physician patient oversight software into the Florida market as Vice President of Business Development as Amedisys Home Health Care. and being as a the Eastern Regional Sales Director responsible for initial sales alignment, recruitment, compensation and sales reporting at Covidien. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from University of South Florida in Tampa and completed a graduate course in Strategic Business Planning from Washington University at St. Louis. Jim has completed a number of trainings, including but not limited to: professional presentation skills, coaching the professional salesperson, situational leadership and referral focused sales training. Jim is also bilingual and proficient in Spanish.
Kimberly Fore, RN
Director of Client Services
Kimberly brings more than 19 years of professional nursing experience to her role as Director of Client Services and has experience in the home health and hospital settings. Her breadth of knowledge includes wound care, IV infusions and ventilator care. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Kimberly served as Director of Clinical Services at a home care company based out of Virginia where she provided hands-on training for chronically ill patients, provided ongoing education for personnel and was responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. Other career highlights include being responsible for 194 inpatients beds and 169 full-time employees as Director of Medical/Surgical Services and managing and directing patient care coordination as Clinical Manager at two different hospital systems based out of Arizona. Kimberly earned her associate’s degree from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Syracuse, New York. Kimberly holds licensure in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
Julian Ocampo
Director of Professional Relations
Julian brings more than a decade of experience in the health sciences field to his role as Director of Professional Relations. Prior to his current role, Julian served as Exercise Therapist for SeniorBridge with particular expertise in physiology, kinesiology, strength training and rehabilitation techniques. Other career highlights include health and fitness specialist at Martin Memorial Health Systems, sales manager and administrative assistant for Beacon Irrigation and Lighting and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the City of Boynton Beach Fire Rescue. Among his accomplishments, Julian is bilingual in English and Spanish and completed a rehabilitation internship at the Kennedy Space Center. Julian earned an Associate's of Arts degree in Health Sciences from Palm Beach Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Julian holds certifications as an EMT and for CPR and is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Donna Short, RN, BSN, CCM
Clinical Supervisor, Transitions
Donna brings more than 19 years of professional nursing experience to her role as Clinical Supervisor. Her breadth of knowledge includes referral source recruitment, quality improvement and new business development. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Donna served as Regional Director of Operations for Senior Healthcare Services where she implemented new systems and processes and evaluated existing staff and made changes as appropriate. Other career highlights include providing leadership in a stressful growth environment as Director of Operations at Amedisys Portland Maine and being responsible for meeting agency budgetary goals by identifying referral sources and developing relationships as Account Executive/Community Health Nurse at Gentiva Health Services. Donna earned her Associate degree in nursing from New Hampshire Technical College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Phoenix. She holds licensure in the states of Florida, Maine and New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse and is a Certified Case Manager.
Gregg A. Billeter, RN, BSN, CCM, GCN
Senior Care Manager
Gregg started his nursing career in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the St. Joseph Mercy Health Care system, where he spent 12 years caring for elderly adults in various inpatient and outpatient academic settings. He was also a Care Manager with Allegiance, LLC, a physician hospital organization in Ann Arbor and part of an interdisciplinary team that achieved NCQA certification in a variety of areas. Gregg came to Florida in 2004, and worked as a Care Manager for Evercare, a division of United Health Care, and as the Director of Active Day of Boynton Beach-Medical Adult Day Care Center. He is a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan and Florida and holds certification in case management (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. He obtained his BS in biology from the University of Michigan and a BS in nursing from Saginaw Valley State College (now University).
Gregg Billeter has completed the Guided Care Nursing Course developed and offered by the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing and has been awarded a Certificate in Guided Care Nursing, endorsed by the National Gerontological Nursing Association.
Sandy Dunlap, RN, LCSW, MSW
Care Manager
Sandy Dunlap has 27 years of experience assisting the elderly and chronically ill, both from a medical and psychiatric perspective. Sandy received her R.N. from Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Dunlap began her career at age 14 when she worked as a nurse’s aide in a nursing home. This experience was very rewarding and the determining factor which led to her interest in attending nursing school and working with the aged. After graduation, she worked in the medical/surgical area for several years and eventually became a head nurse in the area of geriatric and general psychiatry.

Roseann Flick, CMC
Care Manager
Roseann has over 25 years experience in the geriatric home care and the Care Management field. She previously worked for Senior Solutions for South Florida in Miami, in Dade and Broward counties. She has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to Guardianship and staffing related issues. She was a Professional Guardian for many years in Dade and Broward counties. She also has a great deal of experience working with Developmental Disabilities and Entitlement programs, and in recruiting and orienting new staff in the home care arena. Roseann has a Bachelors degree in Education.
Rosemarie Kuhn, RN, CCM
Care Manager
Rosemarie is a professional nurse and certified case manager with over 25 years of experience. Her expertise for many of those years has been in caring for the disabled, frail and geriatric populations throughout the northeast and South Florida areas. She has an extensive background in management and care planning and understands the complexities of dealing with individuals and their needs. Ms. Kuhn has extensive experience as Administrator for both Medicare and Private Home Care Agencies. Most recently she worked as the Director of Care Management for a Professional Guardianship Organization and completed the course study for professional guardian. A graduate of Saint Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and certified by the Commission for Case Management Certification.
Luis La Torre, LPN
Care Manager
Luis brings 35 years of experience in the healthcare field and 31 years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. He has an extensive background in a variety of settings including hospitals and cardiac care units and has particular expertise in adult and pediatric ventilators, telemetry and providing adult care. Prior to his current role, Luis served as an LPN for a family in Palm Beach, Florida where he was responsible for medication management, provided all daily living tasks and implemented total patient care. Other career highlights include managing clients with complex chronic care needs as Care Manager for SeniorBridge and staffing in various hospitals as LPN for Firstat Nsg Agency in West Palm Beach, Florida. Luis also has several years of military experience where he served as Pt. Care Specialist nursing in military hospitals throughout the world for the U.S. Army. Luis completed the RUE Program for nursing at Excelslor College in New York City and is currently pursuing his RN license. He is also fluent French and Spanish and understands German and Italian.

Cory Martin
Associate Care Manager
As former Strength and Conditioning coach for the New York Yankees, Cory brings more than 5 years of experience in the professional fitness industry to SeniorBridge. For the last two years he has spent his time turning his focus to geriatric care and served as a trainer for Florida Atlantic University’s Senior Citizen Wellness Program. Among his accomplishments, Cory also started his own in-home training company specializing in the senior citizen population, which was quite successful. Cory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He holds certification in CPR and brings a unique blend of complex and functional training methods, which aim to improve muscular strength, stability, endurance and flexibility, while also focusing on balance and proprioception. Cory's young, energetic and passionate personality creates a fun-filled exercise session in which anyone can achieve his or her fitness goals.
Sandra McConnell, RN
Care Manager
Sandra has been a resident of the Jupiter area for 42 years and brings 25 years of experience in the healthcare field in a variety of settings including hospice and medical centers. Her commitment to excellence encompasses all areas of her work as a Care Manager including strong client care and advocacy. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Sandra served as a Charge Nurse for Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, Florida. Other career highlights include serving as a Registered Nurse for Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Telemetry and serving as Assistant Director of Marketing at Viking Sport Cruisers. Among her accolades, Sandra started a sport fishing magazine titled "InTheBite" and invented a medical device under the company she started, Safely Contained Medical. Sandra earned her Associate Degree in Science at Palm Beach State College. She holds licensure in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse and holds certification for Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Josephine Nankya, RN
Care Manager
Josephine brings more than 15 years of professional nursing experience with particular expertise in the home health and hospital settings. She began her nursing career at New York Hospital Queens Medical Center where she worked for a decade in a variety of positions including field visiting nurse, registered nurse, assistant nurse manager and critical care nurse. Throughout her time there, Josephine performed nursing assessments, managed a 40-bed telemetry and ventilator unit, supervised nursing staff and cared for the cardiothoracic patients including pre and post-operative care. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Josephine served as Case Manager/Nursing Supervisor for Alliance Care where she managed all patient care, performed IV infusion and wound care and led nurses in standards of care in home health. Other career highlights include managing and evaluating staff as Director of Nursing at American Elder Care and maintain clinical records and budget as Team Nursing Supervisor at Hospice of Palm Beach County. Josephine is a member of the Quality Assurance, Resource and Management Committee. She earned her Associate degree in Nursing from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Josephine holds licensure in the states of Florida and New York as a Registered Nurse.
Cheryl Roddy, RN, BSN, CCRN
Care Manager
Cheryl joins SeniorBridge with over 25 years of extensive clinical and administrative practice as a professional nurse. In her nursing career she has developed expertise in critical care, oncology and perianesthesia nursing. She has managed multiple hospital and outpatient departments. During her 14 year tenure at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida, she provided operational and clinical leadership in perianesthesia care, admissions, outpatient infusion and PICC team, and dialysis services. She is currently certified in Critical Care and held an Oncology Certification from 1985-1990. She graduated magna cum laude from the Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She served as past president of Florida Association of Perianesthesia Nurses from 2004-2006. She was also the recipient of the Perianesthesia Nurse Outstanding Clinical Practice Award and the Palm Beach Perianesthesia Nurse of the Year in 2002.
