Kathy Driscoll, RN, CMC, CCM
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Driscoll has over 23 years of experience in nursing, with a concentration in geriatrics, homecare and care management. With over 20 years of healthcare management experience, she has held a variety of senior management roles including operational, clinical and business development responsibilities. Most recently she was Vice President of Business Development for Premier Home Health Care Services Inc., a multi-state homecare provider based in White Plains, NY. She was previously Vice President of Operations and New Business at SeniorBridge and rejoins the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms Driscoll has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut, and is a current member of the National Association for Professional Geriatric Care Managers, The Case Management Society of America, Women in Health Management of NY, and The American Association of Managed Care Nurses.

Dorothy Burns, RN, MSN, MBA, CCM
Director, Florida Operations
Dorothy's diverse background and more than 35 years experience in healthcare and hospital management significantly influence her clinical and operational leadership of SeniorBridge's branches in the coastal communities of central Florida. Prior to joining the SeniorBridge family she served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne where she led strategic planning and monitored safety and quality control for surgical, trauma and patient care services. Before her promotion to Vice President, Dorothy was the Director of Patient Care Services and was instrumental in the development of the hospital's Heart Center. She went on to lead an award winning team designing stroke care and organ donation programs. Specializing in critical care, Dorothy's nursing career includes serving as a Nurse Manager in the Intensive Care Unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania and more than 12 years as a rehabilitative, home care and long term care nurse. She is an adjunct nursing faculty member at Brevard Community College in Palm Bay and at University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dorothy holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialty from Widener University in Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from University of Central Florida. She is licensed by the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse.
Robin Waller, RN, CHPN
Executive Director/Director of Client Services
Robin brings more than 25 years experience as a Registered Nurse with 10 years in the hospice and palliative care nursing setting to her role as Care Manager. Her commitment to excellence encompasses all areas of her work including strong client care and advocacy. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Robin served as Director of Patient Services at Samaritan Care Hospice where she was responsible for hiring and training Patient Care Managers, restructured the clinical team to increase productivity and educated outside vendors on hospice. Other career highlights include overseeing daily care of 70-90 patients and families as Continuous Care Manager/Patient Care Manager at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, supervising RNs, LPNs and CNAs as Continuous Care Clinical Supervisor and Case Manager at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care in Orlando and being a relief charge nurse and float nurse in a 700-bed county nursing home at Berks County Nursing Home in Reading, Pennsylvania. Robin is a member of Hospice & Palliative Care Organization at the local and national levels and earned her Registered Nurse license from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing in Reading, Pennsylvania. She holds certifications in Hospice & Palliative Care and CPR and has completed courses for pediatric and adult end-of-life training. Robin holds licensure as a Registered Nurse in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania.
Janice Lindmar
Regional Director of Professional Relations
Janice brings more than a decade of healthcare experience to her role as Regional Director of Professional Relations. Her breadth of knowledge includes strategic marketing and planning and budget management. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Janice served as Senior Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for TJM Properties Senior Living where she was responsible for the oversight of 19 senior living communities, developed strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns and developed a pilot area outreach program. Another career highlight includes being responsible for the development and maintenance of community census and occupancy as Director of Sales and Marketing at Watermark Retirement Communities. Janice also served multiple positions at Sunrise Senior Living, covering the Philadelphia and Florida markets. Throughout her time there, Janice was responsible for census/occupancy drive as Area Director of Community Relations, trained and mentored new positions in the Philadelphia region as Area Programming/Training Leader and was responsible for daily operations within the Alzheimer’s and dementia neighborhood population as Reminiscence Coordinator. Janice earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Adult Development and Aging from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Justin Jackalone
Business Executive
Justin has been a resident of the Orlando area for the last three years and brings seven years of healthcare experience to his role as Business Executive. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Justin served as Marketing and Admissions Director at Renaissance Retirement Community, an assisted living facility in Sanford, owned by TJM Properties. Throughout his time there, Justin created all print and online marketing collateral and ads, maintained resident satisfaction and retention and was responsible for pre-admission assessments, admissions processing and referral development. Among his accomplishments, Justin increased assisted living and independent living occupancy from 75 residents to the maximum of 115 and consistently maintained 100% occupancy with a wait list, all while meeting revenue goals. Other career highlights include recommending and implementing search engine marketing strategies as Multimedia Consultant with the Search & Marketing Division of Hearst Media Services and providing direct patient care in a level one trauma unit as an Emergency Room Tech at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Among his accolades, Justin earned an Army Commendation Medal for Outstanding Service as Specialist with the 3rd Ranger Battalion where he served in Fort Benning, Georgia for four years. Justin was also a professional ballroom dance instructor and competitor and has won many titles including “Top Teacher Award.” Justin earned his Associate of Science in Graphic Design Technology from Brevard Community College and was an honors graduate. He also attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he studied additional coursework in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and earned clinical experience in adult nursing, behavioral health, women’s health, transitional care, oncology and pediatrics. As an active member of the community, Justin is a member of Seminole County TRIAD. Justin also holds certifications for Basic Life Support, CPR/AED for health care providers.
Naomi Suminski, RN
Care Manager
Naomi brings 20 years of professional nursing experience to her role as Care Manager and has a deep commitment for client-centered care and advocacy. Her breadth of knowledge includes quality patient care in the hospital, long-term care, assisted living care and hospice care settings and clinical experience in various home health care settings. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Naomi served as RN Patient Case Manager for Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs. Throughout her time there Naomi identified the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family, educated patients and family on signs and symptoms of end-stage disease for end of life care and initiated appropriate intervention and support with dignity, comfort and respect for the patient and family. Other career highlights include coordinating the completion of the interdisciplinary plan of care as Assistant Director of Nursing/Director of Patient Care at Palms of Maitland and being responsible for facilitating the care planning process in the skilled nursing center as Director of Patient Care at Mariner Metro-west. Naomi earned her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Seminole Community College in Sanford, Florida. Naomi holds licensure in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse and holds certification in Basic Life Support for adults, children and infants.
