Depression and Parkinson's Disease

More than half of people with Parkinson's Disease have depressive symptoms. Yet depression is the symptom most often overlooked. In this presentation you will learn the characteristics of depression in Parkinson's Disease and how it is treated.

Sherry S. Kostman, PsyD, CCM, CADC, MISA, an Executive Director at SeniorBridge, has extensive experience caring for geriatric patients with psychiatric disorders including behavioral health and substance abuse. She has a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Mental Illness/Substance Abuse Professional and Certified Case Manager.
