Kate Giusto
Regional Executive Director

Kate brings nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare field with an extensive background in sales, management and operations. Her strong leadership qualities have allowed Kate to enhance company growth through marketing strategies throughout the New Jersey area. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Kate served as Operations Manager at Care Choice in Monroe, New Jersey where she managed professional office staff and 120 field employees, was responsible for daily operations and ensured compliance of nurses, aides, clients and office staff. Previous to that role, Kate served as Field Service Coordinator conducting field quality check visits and aide evaluations. Other career highlights include maintaining daily direct and indirect client relations in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and rehabilitation centers as Executive Administrative Assistant at The Elms of Cranbury in Cranbury, New Jersey. Among her achievements, the Home Care Association of New Jersey has recently appointed Kate to the Home Health Aide Committee.

Allison Lazicky
Regional Director of Professional Relations

Allison brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field with an extensive background in sales and marketing management and particular expertise in census building and strategic planning. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Allison served as Regional Marketing Manager for Springpoint Senior Living in Princeton, New Jersey where she reviewed customers’ needs and focused on strategic closings, created yearly marketing plans as budgets and trained assisted living marketing directors on creating effective marketing plans to increase census. Other career highlights include working to increase professional referral sources as Director of Sales and Marketing at Watchung Ridge Assisted Living and supporting all regional marketing efforts including training and reporting as Area Marketing Director for Northeast Region at Summerville/Emeritus Senior Living. Allison also has professional experience in community relations and as a family support counselor.Matt Nye, RN-BC, MSN, OCN

Matt Nye, RN, MSN, MHA
Director of Client Services

Matt brings more than a decade of professional nursing experience to his role as Director of Client Services, with particular expertise in oncology, hospice homecare and health care management. He also has 18 years of experience as a First Aide Squad Member EMT before attending nursing school in Ocean County, New Jersey. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Matt served as Director of Nursing for The Residence at Toms River, an assisted living facility in New Jersey. Career highlights include serving as Director of Nursing for the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey and as Supervisor of Pain Management for The Cancer Treatment Centers of Philadelphia. Among his accomplishments, Matt authored an article entitled "Do Unto Others" in the July 28, 2003 issue of Nursing Spectrum magazine and co-authored "Shared Leadership in Progress, One Magnets Unit of Care Effort to Improve Oncology Care" with Tara Mount, RN, for the January 2005 issue of the online journal Excellence in Nursing Knowledge. Matt earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Ocean County College in Ocean County, New Jersey and earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing in Health Care Administration degrees from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Matt holds licensure in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse. He has held certifications as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and is Board Certified in Pain Management (BC) and was appointed by the Home Care Association of New Jersey to the Infection Control and Emergency Preparedness Work Groups.

Diana Molimock

Business Executive

Diana brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience and 8 years in the healthcare field to her role as Business Executive. Her strong skill set has allowed Diana to develop long-term relationships and provide strategic marketing throughout the New Jersey area. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Diana served as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Residence at Forsgate where she managed a 156-bed assisted living facility and memory care community devising marketing initiatives, implemented a strategic sales culture and was responsible for educational workshops, public relations, census development and revenue generation. Another career highlight includes devising a positive clinical outcomes portfolio to showcase physicians to increase new referrals as Director of Community Relations at New Seasons Assisted Living. Diana also has experience in teaching and staffing development, new business development and tactical sales expansion. Diana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Trenton State College where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. She is a member of Women in Networking, Women in Business and National Association of Professional Women.

Julie E. Lehrman, Director of Professional Relations

Business Executive

Before coming to SeniorBridge, Julie was a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative promoting dermatologic products to physicians for Inventiv Health/Dermik Laboratories and cardiovascular products for Inventiv Health/Novartis Pharmaceuticals in New York City. Previously, she had been a Social Worker at the Children's Aid Society, providing individual and group counseling in a teenage pregnancy prevention program. Julie has also had a thriving private practice as a therapist in Chicago working with couples and families often referred by local physicians and school social workers, and she served as a Family Services Facilitator, coordinating healthcare and support services for special education students in La Grange, IL school districts. Julie earned her BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and MA in Social Work from the University of Chicago. She also studied Spanish culture and language at the University of Alcalá in Spain.

Deborah Hicks, RN, BSN
Care Manager

Deborah brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field with a deep commitment for providing client-centered care and client and family advocacy. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Deborah served as traveling Clinical Services Consultant responsible for clinical support to four living centers in the Philadelphia area where she managed quality initiatives and oversaw the nursing, activities and social services departments. Other career highlights include being responsible for a 123-bed skilled nursing facility and subacute rehab as Director of Nursing for The Manor Health and Rehabilitation and having a specialty focus on wound care including wound vacs and cardiac telemetry monitoring program as Director of Nursing for Aristacare of Norwood Terrace. Deborah attended the Licensed Practical Nurse program at Morris County Vocational Institute in Denville, New Jersey and earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from University of Phoenix in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. An active member of the community, Deborah has raised funds for Appalachian Service Project, a program to rehabilitate substandard housing in the Appalachian region, and is a Volunteer Leader for Family Connections a support and educational program for families affected by mental illness. In addition, Deborah provides monthly health screenings, referrals and health education for the Health Ministry at her church, Turning Point United Methodist Church. Deborah holds licensure in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse. She also holds certifications for Director of Nursing Administration in Long-Term Care (CDONA/LTC), Certified Assisted Living Administrator (C.A.L.A.) and New Jersey Department of Health Certified CNA Instructor.

Mary Keller, RN
Care Manager

Mary brings more than 30 years of professional nursing experience with a deep commitment for client-centered care and family advocacy to her role as Care Manager. She started her nursing career at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. She also worked as a Nursing Supervisor for Mount Carmel Guild in Trenton, New Jersey where she worked for 15 years providing direct patient care to the poor and elderly of Trenton, New Jersey. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Mary served as Registered Nurse for Newborn Nurses Group in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Other career highlights include serving as Registered Nurse at Community Hospice of Greenwood House and at Interim Healthcare in Princeton, New Jersey. Mary also has experience working in the cancer unit at St. Francis Hospital and the Hospice program at Visiting Nurse Association in Trenton, New Jersey. Mary earned her liberal arts degree from St. Petersburg Junior College and her Registered Nurse degree from Our Lady of Lourdes Nursing School in Camden, New Jersey. She also has obtained a Veterinary Technician degree from Burlington County Institute of Technology. She holds licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.

Linda Piccotti, RN
Care Manager

Linda brings more than 25 years of professional nursing experience with particular expertise in geriatrics, health education, and home care management within a variety of medical settings. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her provision of client-centered care and a strong approach to client advocacy. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Linda served as Nurse and Eldercare Coordinator at Piscataway Township Senior Center in New Jersey where she conducted educational programs, worked with social workers to ensure health and safety of residents, and compiled yearly operation reports. Other career highlights include building solid relationships with staff and patients as Senior Wellness Nurse and case managing home care clients as Staff Registered Nurse at the Visiting Nurse Association of New Jersey in Red Bank, New Jersey. Linda earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Middlesex County and completed comprehensive training in I.V. Certification, Central Venous Access and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC) Line clinical monitoring and complication management from Perivascular Nurse Consultants in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She holds licensure in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse and has completed Core Care Management Training and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Practitioner with use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification. Linda is a member of the New Jersey State Nurses Association, American Nurses Association and the National Association of Certified Hypnocounselors.

Stacey Rockman, MSW, LSW
Care Manager

Stacey brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field with particular expertise in crisis intervention and providing counseling. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Stacey served as Case Manager for Jewish Family Service performing geriatric assessments, making home visits throughout Union county and assessing client current and past needs. Other career highlights include developing early childhood curriculum as Early Childhood Director at Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva and implementing educational/outreach programs for a 1,500- family member synagogue as Family Education Director for Park Avenue Synagogue in New York City. Stacey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Columbia University, Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and her Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education. Stacey is professionally affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
