Jennifer Persad, Director of Client Services

Jennifer Persad, RN, GNP/ANP, MSN
Regional Director of Client Services

Jennifer comes to SeniorBridge with more than 10 years of experience in her diverse nursing career. She has implemented her skill set on the Medical Surgical and Oncology Unit of Mercy Medical Center, as a Registered Nurse for Sun Harbor Nursing Home and with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York in Manhattan as a Nurse Consultant providing geriatric care management. Prior to joining the SeniorBridge family, Jennifer practiced as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for Liberty Medical Arts Center and served as Clinical Nurse Manager for Beth Abrams Family of Health in their home care division. Earlier in her career, Jennifer taught at Line Path Secondary School and worked for the Ministry of Education in Guyana. At CUNY colleges in New York, she has taught community health nursing courses to undergraduate students. Jennifer earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from Hunter College and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice from The George Washington University School of Medicine. She is certified in New York as both a Gerontological and Adult Nurse Practitioner and holds membership with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Gerontological Association.

Mark Naghsh, Regional Executive Director

In his previous careers, Mark Naghsh has been a Clinical Social Worker at Village Center for Care in Brooklyn, providing family-centered therapy, and was a therapist in private practice with Laurence Florek Associates. He has also served as Clinical Manager and Director of Creative Art Therapies for Housing Works in Brooklyn, where among other roles, he designed and implemented therapeutic recreational programs for the elderly. Mr. Naghsh has been a consultant in music therapy for Global Communication Services, Lake Success, New York, and a music therapist at Parkshore Nursing Home in Brooklyn. He has a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work and a BS in Music Therapy from the State University at New Paltz, New York.

Adam Zeidler, Regional Director of Professional Relations

Regional Director of Professional Relations

Adam brings more than 9 years of marketing and customer service experience throughout the New York area. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Adam held multiple positions at Sunrise Senior Living, and most recently served as Area Sales Manager and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for all aspects of the hiring and training process. He also served as Executive Director responsible for overall leadership, management and community success as well as Director of Community Relations where he developed strong community relationships and educated residents and families on programs. Adam attended the University of Miami in Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Motion Picture Production and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing.

Gina Grossman 

Director of Professional Relations

Gina brings more than 14 years of sales, marketing and management experience with particular expertise in business development to her role as Director of Professional Relations. Her strong skill-set has allowed Gina to develop long-term relationships and strategically set up business plans throughout the New York area. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Gina served as Account Manager for Gentiva Home Health where she promoted specialty programs through in-services, presentations and seminars, developed referral sources and managed over 150 accounts acting as liaison between the client, patient and Gentiva office staff. Other career highlights include developing new business and increasing volumes in existing accounts as District Manager for Diopys, a leading provider on non-invasive medical devices that screen for visual disorders in infants and children, and being responsible for customer fulfillment such as consultations, problem resolution and telemarketing as Document/Solution Specialist at Xerox Corporation. Gina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY at Albany and was enrolled in the MBA program for Finance at Pace University in New York City.

Antoinette Benton, Care Manager

Care Manager

Antoinette has more than 30 years experience in the field of nursing with particular expertise in geriatrics, homecare and wound care. Throughout her career, Antoinette has provided clients effective assessments and clinical home visits providing such services as wound care and drug detox. She has held various roles at leading home care agencies, nursing homes and hospitals and has a track record of both serving clients and mentoring others in the field. Antoinette holds licensure in New York and Maryland as a Registered Nurse. She earned her BSN in Nursing from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York.

Sharon McCaffrey, RN
Care Manager

Sharon brings more than 35 years of professional nursing experience. Her commitment to excellence encompasses all areas of her work as Care Manager including providing client-centered care and advocating for families. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Sharon served as Field Nurse Supervisor for Premier Home Health where she supervised Home Health Aides, case managed private-pay patients, conducted in-services and formulated individualized care plans. Other career highlights include performing initial health assessments of homeless and substance-involved adults as part time staff nurse for Camelot Counseling Services in Jamaica, New York and providing case management for 100-125 cases as Field Nurse Supervisor for Bestcare, Inc. in Levittown, New York. As an active member of the community, Sharon volunteer’s at Nino’s Restaurant where she is responsible for serving rescue workers. Sharon earned her Nursing diploma from Mt. Vernon Hospital School of Nursing in Mt. Vernon, New York. Sharon holds licensure in the state of New York as a Registered Nurse.

Deborah Ratner, LMSW
Care Manager

Deborah brings more than 20 years of social work experience and has a deep commitment to providing client-centered care and advocating for families. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Deborah served as a Social Worker for Bee Well Elder Care Services, LLC where she visited the homes of older persons to identify their needs and abilities and reported back to the family with a full assessment of recommendations for professional home care services.  Additionally, she worked at Parker Jewish Institute in the Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands program providing home visits and assessments to determine the need of family care givers of older persons to receive support services in the home.  Other career highlights included work in the field of international adoption, engaging the spectrum of services necessary to complete an adoption. This encompassed home study evaluations, group presentations and post placement supervision through Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children and New Beginnings Family and Children’s Services. Deborah earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
