The eldercare services landscape has many providers, and there are important differences among them. SeniorBridge's unique integrated approach to care involves a care management team.

Every client is assigned a licensed nurse and licensed social worker to provide ongoing assessments and care. Many of our clients also hire our caregiving staff including home health aides, certified nurse assistants and companions.
