Since the beginning of the pandemic, SeniorBridge has taken a number of steps to ensure that we continue to provide safe, high-quality care to our clients, including:
- All SeniorBridge associates have been educated on COVID-19, its symptoms and recommended precautions provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
- All SeniorBridge associates have ready access to the appropriate personal protective equipment necessary to safely provide care.
- We carefully screen all clients and associates to assess their health status before sending an associate to a client’s home
- We have introduced additional paid time off for all associates so that no one has to ever choose between their job or staying home if they are sick.
Recent surveys indicate that clients are highly satisfied with the level and quality of care they and their loved ones have received, even during this challenging time. In fact, since March, SeniorBridge has seen a significant improvement of 43% in our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is a key measurement of client satisfaction and how likely clients are to recommend us to a friend. Here’s what some SeniorBridge clients are saying about us:
Jacqueline S. of Richmond, VA wrote, “There hasn’t been an aspect of service that I have been dissatisfied [with]. Both Care Manager and CNA have offered needed and timely recommendations for all aspects of care.”
Andrew A. from Suffolk, NY noted, “Communication is top notch…Aides are higher quality service and better trained than other agencies.”
And Bonnie Z. from Wantagh, NY said, “Nurses…were wonderful, helpful and very professional. Helped me greatly with [the] problem I had. Would greatly recommend to anyone…”
A big “thank you” to the many clients who took the time to give us their feedback! We’re all in this together—and SeniorBridge remains committed to helping our clients and families as we weather this crisis safely as a community.
