Ruth Farrago, CMC
Director of Operations
Ruth Farrago has over 30 years of experience in health care administration. She was the Administrator of an inpatient and outpatient comprehensive Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Division at Downstate Medical Centers in Brooklyn. She has an extensive background in home care marketing and management having worked for St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers as the Director of Intake and was then the Branch Manager/Administrator at New York Health Care. Ruth was also the Executive Director of Sunrise Assisted Living of East Meadow where she was responsible for the daily operations of the facility, client and family satisfaction, management of the sales and marketing team and coordinated community outreach and events. Ruth has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY College of Oneonta where she majored in Business Economics and she is currently completing a Masters Degree at Long Island University specializing in Gerontology. Ruth has received her certification in Geriatric Care Management (CMC). She is a current member of the Case Management Society of America.
Mark Naghsh, LMSW
Director of Operations
In his previous careers, Mark Naghsh has been a Clinical Social Worker at Village Center for Care in Brooklyn, providing family-centered therapy, and was a therapist in private practice with Laurence Florek Associates. He has also served as Clinical Manager and Director of Creative Art Therapies for Housing Works in Brooklyn, where among other roles, he designed and implemented therapeutic recreational programs for the elderly. Mr. Naghsh has been a consultant in music therapy for Global Communication Services, Lake Success, New York, and a music therapist at Parkshore Nursing Home in Brooklyn. He has a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work and a BS in Music Therapy from the State University at New Paltz, New York. He is a member of the Aging Life Care Association.
Director of Home Health Services
Michele brings more than a decade of healthcare experience with particular expertise in operations management and new business development. Her strong skill-set has allowed Michele to develop new home health care business lines, expand market share and provide strategic marketing for multi-branch, multi state companies. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Michele served as a Health Care Consultant where she focused on managed care including budget preparation and projections, network development and application processing for participation in New York Medicaid managed care. Other career highlights include directing daily operations of Medicare certified home health agencies as Area Vice President of Gentiva for Long Island, Metropolitan and Capital District of NY, and developing home care agencies for Erickson Retirement Communities. Michele has also held a prior position at SeniorBridge where she served as Executive Vice President of Operations during the start-up of the company’s business operations. Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. Michele is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Home Care Association of New York and a founding member of the Home Health Care Association of Washington, D.C. Michele holds licensure in the state of New York as a Registered Nurse.

Adam is currently the Acting National Director of Sales for SeniorBridge. For the past five years, Adam has been a top performing Regional Sales Manager, leading a team that consistently surpasses sales goals and collaborating with regional operations leadership, branch staff and sales teams to promote SeniorBridge and Humana At Home among referral sources in the New York and New Jersey Regions. Prior to working for Humana At Home/SeniorBridge, Adam worked for Sunrise Senior Living as a Director of Community Relations, Executive Director, Area Sales Manager, and Regional Director of Sales overseeing twenty five communities in New York and New Jersey.
Kathy Driscoll, RN, CMC
Chief Nursing Officer, Humana
In her role as Chief Nursing Officer, Kathy oversees Humana’s strategy of improving the experience of Humana’s community of 10,000 nurses, care managers and social workers, and promoting a culture that values and supports clinical professionals and impacts health outcomes. She also serves on the senior leadership of Humana’s “home” strategy to grow the breadth of clinical offerings by the company. Prior, Kathy served in various senior leadership roles at the company, including as Vice President and Chief of Operations at Humana At Home, where she led clinical operations including ongoing and Transitions services for Medicare and Medicaid/ Duals members as well as private pay clients; homecare operations including licensed and certified home health agencies and other in-home care services. She was a founding member of the Humana At Home Innovation team, which developed a consumer-centered health experience initiative focused on envisioning the future of health care delivery, services, products and other opportunities in the home. Prior to Humana, Kathy was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SeniorBridge, a national Care Management and Homecare company acquired by Humana in 2012. She has more than 25 years experience in nursing, with a concentration in geriatrics, homecare managed care and care management. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University, and is completing her Masters of Science in Nursing Executive Leadership at Sacred Heart University. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut, a Certified Case Manager and is a current member of The American Nurses Association, The Case Management Society of America, The American Organization of Nurse Executives and The American Association of Managed Care Nurses.
Chief of Finance
Michael has extensive, diverse experience as a senior finance and administration executive. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Brunschwig & Fils, Inc., Advance Group, Inc., and the Pinnacle Alliance Division of Computer Sciences, Inc. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for Calvin Klein, Inc., Corporate Controller for Coach Inc., and Assistant Controller for the Food Service Division of Kraft General Foods. Michael has a track record in mergers and acquisitions, integration of companies, process improvement, upgrading information technology reporting, strategic financial planning, business development, as well as working with service organizations. He received his BA in Economics and BS in Finance from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Director of Communications and Marketing
Ms. D'Erasmo has deep expertise earning leading national and international companies’ recognition in national media outlets, conferences and key channels. Through her success developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies, she has achieved substantial visibility for SeniorBridge among influencers, partners and clients. Prior to SeniorBridge, Ms. D'Erasmo developed and implemented communications and marketing strategies for brands including Microsoft, Coca Cola, Merck and Novo Nordisk at companies including Waggener Edstrom and Chandler Chicco Companies. Her track record of encouraging happy customers and clients to share their positive experiences in online reviews dates back to 2001 when social media was blossoming. Prior, she worked as a manager of corporate communications in the Silicon Valley to successfully launch technology software companies including AppStream, now a subsidiary of Symantec Corporation. Ms. D'Erasmo is an award-winning writer whose work has been featured in national and local publications. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from San Diego State University in California.
